Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · 2ucan is an early beta product. These terms are written in plain English and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — we believe honest disclosure beats silence, and we'll formalize them as the product matures.

What 2ucan is

2ucan converts your resume into editable, portable AI skill files and lets you practice workplace skills by chatting with AI-powered fictional coworker characters. It's a beta: features may change, break, or be removed while we build.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your login to yourself. We can suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to exploit the credit system, misusing the AI features, or uploading content that isn't yours to upload).

Credits

Credits are a prepaid service balance used inside the app. They are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can be earned through gameplay or purchased in packs. Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Except where required by applicable law, credit purchases are non-refundable; if something goes wrong with a purchase (charged but credits not delivered), contact us and we'll make it right.

Your content

Resumes you upload and skill files you generate are yours. We store them privately to provide the service, and you can delete them or export your skill files at any time. Don't upload documents that belong to someone else. See the privacy policy for how resume data is handled.

The AI characters

Battle opponents are fictional archetypes generated by AI. They are not real people and are not intended to represent any real person. AI output can be wrong, odd, or inconsistent — treat it as practice material, not professional advice.

Liability

2ucan is provided as-is during beta, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
